Dan is a Seattle native, growing up nearby in Bothell and attending Northwest University, where he met his wife, Jessica.  Dan entered the senior living industry in 2007, working in community admissions and outreach roles for 5 years, prior to his tenures as Executive Director at three different communities. 

Dan and Jessica have 3 young boys—Bennett (10), Dempsey (8), and Rory (7).  They attend New Life Church in Renton. When he is not working and spending time with family, Dan is an avid golfer, lake enthusiast, and Seattle sports fanatic.
