Debbie has over twenty-two years of experience working with Seniors in Home Care, Adult Day Health, and Assisted Living setting. She oversees all the nursing staff, Healthcare activities staff, and the Wellness Nurse in Residential Living. Her passion for serving the senior population is evident in the relationships she builds with all residents, staff, and families. She is an advocate for doing the right thing for the right reasons, and is very grounded by the spiritual powers that the Shores campus enjoys and passes that on to her caring clinical staff.
