Originally from St. Louis but spent most of her life in Illinois where she graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Since beginning her senior living career in 1997 as a Social Service Director, Tracy received her Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in 2000, and her Washington NHA license in 2020. Since that time, she has worked in both skilled nursing and assisted living communities on permanent and interim assignments.
Tracy has two grown sons, Anthony (35) and Blair (29) and 2 grandchildren, Daniel (14) and Yussra (6). She enjoys spending time with her family however she can and spending time outdoors, walking, horseback riding, spending time at beaches, and reading
