As the holidays bring families together, you may notice changes in your loved ones that raise questions about their future care. Starting a conversation about assisted living can be emotional, but it’s important to approach it with care and understanding.
At Covenant Living, we encourage families to talk openly about the benefits of assisted living, especially when it comes to relieving the stress of home maintenance, ensuring access to care, and allowing loved ones to enjoy the activities they love.
Having this conversation now can help everyone feel more at ease, knowing the right support is available when it’s needed.
We’re proud to share that Covenant Living at the Shores made a meaningful impact during Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💕 Our team, led by employee and breast cancer survivor Roxanne Stickney, raised over $9,900 for the American Cancer Society through the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event at Gasworks Park in Seattle on October 19.
Thanks to Roxanne’s dedication and the generosity of our community, we were honored to be recognized as the top fundraising team this year. Roxanne has organized walks at Covenant Living at the Shores for 10 years, inspiring us all to help make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
